Products and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, images, and prices at any time without prior notice. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Orders and Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing
• We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets (via Cashfree), and Cash on Delivery
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Emira is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is described in detail on our Returns & Exchanges page. Emira reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Emira website — including product images, text, logos, and design — is the property of Emira and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Emira's liability in connection with any product purchase is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
