7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as received — unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Have original tags and packaging intact
- Be accompanied by the original invoice or order ID
Items that are not eligible for return: sale items, customized products, lingerie, and accessories for hygiene reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at care@emira.in with your Order ID and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Pack the items securely and ship them to the provided address
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange your item for a different size or colour (subject to availability). Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer. Processing time is 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at care@emira.in with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement at no extra cost.
